Community of Solapur
This initiative will help in building a culture of inclusion in Solapur. Through the superior people’s practices of ORBIT initiative and linked performance of PCL, Solapur is on the world map today. Our initiative is an antidote to the dark industrial history of this city and it has given Solapur recognition for its manufacturing expertise. It has also poised Solapur as an excellent human capital, consequently generating employment opportunities for the people in the city.
Growth and recognition of an organization are directly credited to the growth of an industry or a nation. Although India is known for its expertise in the manufacturing of auto components and the Indian auto component industry is one of India’s sunrise industries with tremendous growth prospects, camshafts is an area of production that very few players have ventured into. In the whole of India, only three major players exist, with the majority stake partaken by Precision Camshafts Limited alone. It is undoubtedly a niche area and requires immense expertise. This initiative will position the Indian Industry at par with other countries.
